After a busy first week of programming, all of our classes are settling in well. Our newest and most popular class this session is our Chair Yoga class taught by Fran Van Gent. This program is a great stretching class and awesome if you are wanting a good workout...Fran's mini massages at the end are also a bonus!
If you are looking for a good workout class then you should try our Bootcamp class that runs every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, taught by Jen Jakovcic. You can still register, drop in or check out are website for more information about this program. If you think that this program might be too intense for your likings, you can always try out our Cardio Fit taught by Janet Ellis, which runs every Tuesday form 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Although it might not be for everybody, our dance students started there first week of dance with Miss.Brooke this past Saturday and the turn out was amazing! All of her dancers did such an amazing job and were ready to boogey.
If you are looking for another program to try there is always Tai Chi, which is a fan favourite for many and there is still Gentle Yoga that is happening every Monday following Chair Yoga at 7:15pm.
