Boot Camp

Join us at the WCC for Boot camp! 

Boot Camp Fitness welcomes everyone of all ages and fitness levels. It provides a total body workout. This six-week program is set to help you get in shape while incorporating circuit training, hand-to-hand cardio combat (no contact), core strengthening, body sculpting and plyometrics.

Benefits to taking this course are that you gain confidence, lose weight, lose inches, meet great people and let your inner self-come alive!

Our Boot Camp Classes are offered three times a week for a 6 week session:

Monday 6 pm - 7 pm

Wednesday 6 pm - 7 pm

Saturday 9 am - 10 am 

Punch Card System:

18 Class Pass - $115 ($65 savings)

15 Class Pass - $100 ($50 savings)

12 Class Pass - $85 ($35 savings)

9 Class Pass - $70 ($20 savings)

6 Class Pass - $50 ($10 savings)

3 Class Pass - $27 ($3 savings)
