This is a high energy, non-contact group fitness class that mixes MMA inspired cardio drills with explosive power moves for a full-body workout. 

This core-forced, calorie-burning workout, combines kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai techniques with intense interval training to help develop a strong, powerful core and sculpt your entire body. 

This workout is for all levels, and we can't wait to see you there!

Kickboxing Runs:

Monday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Punch Card System:

6 Class Pass - $35 ($15 Savings)

3 Class Pass - $20 ($10 Savings)

Drop ins - $10
