Bootcamp
It is a high-energy class that provides the ultimate cardio-conditioning workout. You will perform various cardio and strength-focused drills. (i.e. plyometric drills (like high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, etc.), as well as isometric bodyweight moves (like lunges, squats, planks, etc.) This is a perfect class for every fitness level (various options will be provided). Every workout will challenge your stability, make you faster, and develop a more agile, coordinated and powerful body. You will build lean muscle, improve cardio endurance all while listening to awesome and motivational music.
