Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.


Tai chi is different from yoga, another type of meditative movement. Yoga includes various physical postures and breathing techniques, along with meditation.


Tai Chi is also known to help reduce stress and anxiety. As well as increasing flexibility and balance.


Our Tai Chi Classes are offered once a week for a 6-week session:

Level 2: Thursday 10:15 am - 11:15 am 

Punch Card System:

6 Class Pass - $35 ($15 savings)

3 Class Pass - $20 ($10 savings)

Drop-ins - $10

Winter Session starts on: Thursday, January 9th (Level 2)

Winter Session #2 starts on: Thursday, February 27th (Level 2)
