Adult Yoga

Yoga as a tool can reduce heart disease, hypertension, and blood sugar. It also helps with digestion, weight loss, lowers stress and improves sleep patterns!  Our Yoga classes are a gentle yoga which works for any experience level.

Tuesday - 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Thursday  7:30 pm - 8:30pm

Punch Card System:

12 Class Pass - $85 ($35 savings)

9 Class Pass - $70 ($20 savings)

6 Class Pass - $50($10 savings)

3 Class Pass - $25 ($5 savings)

Drop ins - $10

*Bring your own mat if you are able!

We have a mat for you if you don't have one!
